Olivia is the founder and principal of Encompass Dance Academy, established in 2025. Olivia’s journey in dance began at just two years old when she participated in her first performance. Throughout her early years, she embraced a wide range of dance styles, completing numerous bbodance exams in Ballet, Tap, Modern, and Freestyle. Her dedication to her craft also led her to explore disciplines such as Jazz, Heels, Commercial, Hip-Hop, Contemporary, and Musical Theatre.

Olivia’s career path took a significant step forward when she joined Staffordshire Youth Ballet, where she received pre-vocational training from industry experts. She later continued her studies at Jill Clewes Academy for Theatre Arts, refining her technique under the guidance of industry professionals, which earned her a Foundation Diploma in Theatre Arts.

From the age of 13, Olivia developed a passion for teaching, taking on the role of student teacher at the dance school she attended. Her commitment to sharing her knowledge led her to complete a bbodance Level 3 Dance Teaching Assistant Certificate and continue her studies, earning her bbodance Level 4 and Level 5 Diplomas in Dance Teaching, which enabled her to become a registered teacher with bbodance. In addition to her dance qualifications, Olivia pursued her love of music and completed graded singing performance examinations, ultimately earning a Level 4 Diploma in Music Performance.​​​
